Sugar - 1 1/2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Yeast - 3/4 tsp

Directions:

Combine ingredients as advised by your breadmaker.
Prepare on "dough" setting.
Once complete (mine takes1.5 hours, yours may me different), divide dough into seperate balls on lightly greased pan. (or parchment paper).
Slightly flatten with your hand.
Let rise for 30 minutes. (I put my oven on the lowest setting for 5 min. turn it off and put them in there).
Brush with egg topping.
Bake for 12-16 minutes, or until golden, at 350 degrees F.

I made mine smaller to make sliders...excellent for {this} recipe!
